Indunorm Hydraulik GmbH is a leading German system supplier of hydraulic hoses and fittings for replacement needs and for small and medium-sized original equipment. As a specialist for system solutions in high-pressure joining technology, we have been a reliable partner for more than 40 years for quality-oriented customers from hydraulic service companies, the technical trade and all important branches of industry In addition to our more than 13,000 stock-guided articles, we develop innovative solutions for special problems in high-pressure joining technology in our own testing and development department. The company collects, processes and uses personal data exclusively for the fulfilment or preparation of contracts, for compliance with legal obligations or with the consent of the data subject.

Legal basis

The legal basis for the implementation of the named procedures is defined in the EU DSGVO and, if applicable, in the respective national data protection laws, in Germany in the BDSG. Articles 4 to 7 of the EU DSGVO should be mentioned in particular. Article 4 EU DSGMO defines the definitions and refers to recitals 26-37.

Should processing become necessary under Article 6(1)(f), this shall be done exclusively for the conclusion or performance of contracts - insofar as the legitimate interest of the data subject does not conflict with this - taking into account all data protection requirements. When weighing up the interests of those affected and the parties to the contract, a strict standard is always applied in favour of the person affected.

Potential recipients for data transmission

The potential recipients of personal data transmitted are

ANID, storage period: 1 year, purpose: ANID means «anonymous ID». This cookie is used for advertising on google.com. Data is collected anonymously and automatically. Collected data includes browser type, referring/exit page, content viewed on website, operating system, clickstream data for trend analysis and optimization services.

rc::a - storage period: permanently, purpose: Identification whether the visitor of a website is a person or a so-called bot or robot to fend off spam.

NID - storage period: 6 months, purpose: Advertising, storing a random number to identify the device in order to recognize returning visitors and display targeted advertising.

PREF, storage period: 5 years, purpose: Saves the user settings. Can be used to personalize advertisements during searches.

s_gl, storage period: duration of the session, purpose: This cookie contains information about how the end user uses the site and any advertisements that the end user may have seen prior to visiting the site.

YSC, storage period: duration of the session, purpose: Registers a unique ID to keep statistics of the videos from YouTube that the user has seen.

VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, storage period: 179 days, purpose: Tries to estimate user bandwidth on pages with integrated YouTube videos.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing processes carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete, your consent for storage revoked or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Registration in our online shop

This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our Internet pages (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable or invoice the user for the use of the service.

Data transfer upon conclusion of contract for online shops, dealers and dispatch of goods

We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary in the context of contract processing, for example to the company entrusted with the delivery of the goods or the bank entrusted with the payment processing. etracker

Indunorm Hydraulik GmbH uses the services of etracker GmbH, Hamburg, Germany to analyse usage data. Here, cookies are used which enable the statistical analysis of the use of this website by its visitors as well as the display of usage-relevant content or advertising. Cookies are small text files that are stored by the Internet browser on the user's device. etracker cookies do not contain any information that could identify a user. 
The data generated with etracker is processed and stored by etracker solely in Germany by commission of the provider of this website and is thus subject to strict German and European data protection laws and standards.

The data is processed on the legal basis of Art. 6 Section 1(legitimate interest) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).Our legitimate interest is the optimization of our online offer and our website. As the privacy of our visitors is very important to us, etracker anonymizes the IP address as early as possible and converts login or device IDs into a unique key with which, however, no connection to any specific person can be made with. etracker does not use it for any other purpose, combine it with other data or pass it on to third parties. You can object to the outlined data processing at any time provided it is related to your person. Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. Provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

With reCAPTCHA it should be checked whether the data entry on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is done by a human being or by an automated program. For this reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the web site visitor on the basis different characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For analysis reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time the website visitor stays on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Visitors to the website are not informed that an analysis is taking place. Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting his website offers against abusive automated spying and SPAM.

Google Ads and Conversion-Tracking with Google Tag-Manager

This website uses Google Ads. Google Ads is an online advertising program of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google").
As part of Google Ads, we use what is known as conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is set.
