Introduction into Your Work

Your career in a very personal working environment starts with the signature of your employment contract.
After being welcomed by your direct superior, you will get to know the premises on a company tour.  Within the next days and weeks, you will become acquainted with our departments, processes, tasks and contacts as well as with your interfaces.

Individual Training Period

By means of a customised training period focusing on both technical and commercial in-house processes, we will make you ready for a successful start to your new job.  Every employee is assigned their own personal contact within the team so that any business-related or personal questions can be clarified immediately.   

Teamwork

Training in your workplace will be a key element of the first few working weeks.  Experienced colleagues and experts will instruct you in day-to-day business and assist you in all matters.  However, Indunorm's atmosphere of collegiality, loyalty and team spirit is something you will continue to appreciate far beyond this time.
