Our color‑coded mandrels, which have already proven effective in conjunction with the XP fitting system (stainless steel), are now also compatible with the XV fitting system (steel). Because they work across systems, you no longer need separate testing tools for each system. This simplifies workshop operations and improves efficiency.

Perfectly Matched System for Maximum Safety

Our mandrels are part of a system precisely coordinated with hose, nipple, and socket. They ensure an exact connection of all components—for maximum operational safety, longer hose life, and overall higher efficiency.

Even the smallest assembly error—due to incorrect crimp dimensions or worn tools—can lead to leaks or total hose failure. Our mandrels enable a simple but highly effective final inspection immediately after crimping. This helps identify and reliably eliminate potential errors before the hose goes into operation.
