Our Employees' Strengths

Future is created by our employees, namely where good ideas, the right background knowledge and a great deal of commitment meet.  That is why we consider targeted further education the key to success.  We attach great importance to personnel development, because it helps enhance our employees' strengths.  This is done by different internal and external seminars, including at the Würth Academy.  However, specialised projects, too, will educate you on the job.  These projects are always assisted by a mentor.
