With a crimping force of 370 tonnes and a crimping range of up to 139 mm, the UF-SC12I is an exceptionally powerful workshop crimpiner suitable for a wide variety of hose types and sizes. Its long master dies (126 mm) enable the crimping of big hose diameters with long ferrules, while the wide opening stroke (+61 mm) provides a substantial advantage when working with elbow fittings. The machine features a lubrication-free crimping head utilizing slide bearing technology, and its high crimping force is generated through 4-cylinder technology. The C.2 touchscreen control system of the UF-SC12I-C.2 offers outstanding ease of operation and a wide range of additional functions, including direct entry of the crimping diameter, storage of recurring crimping parameters, and the choice between manual and semi-automatic operating modes, among many other features.

For the use of die sets type P239, the optional intermediate die set UF-237.239.2L2 is necessary. This crimper is also available as a package, including 10 die sets (P239--17/-20/-24/-28/-32/-40/-44/-50 and P237L-57/-71), an intermediate die set UF-237.239.2L2 and a simple die set storage (part-no.: UF-SC12I-C.2-PAKET) and also with electromechanical micrometer control (part-no.: UF-SC12I or UF-SC12I-PAKET).
